Yes — every website I build is fully mobile-first, meaning it's designed for phones first and then scaled up to desktop. Most of your customers will find you on their phones, so this is a priority on every build.

I'm Steven, based in Mansfield.

I spent over five years in sales in the glazing industry, working with tradespeople across the UK. I saw skilled joiners, builders and installers lose work and even go bust because they had no online presence and relied purely on word of mouth.

Questions I always get asked.

One-Pagers are usually live within a week, Starter sites take around 2 weeks, and Full Package sites (which include branding and SEO setup) take around 3 weeks. After our initial chat I'll send you a simple form to fill in, and once I've got your info and photos I crack on and send you a preview link to check over before anything goes live.

Because I don't just build your site and disappear — I host it, manage it, keep it secure, and make changes for you every single month, so you're paying for an ongoing, fully managed service rather than a one-off build, and the big upside is there's no large upfront cost and you can cancel whenever you want.

I'll take the site down at the end of your current billing period with no cancellation fee and no questions asked — just drop me a message and I'll sort everything out for you.

It's a relaxed 20-minute chat where I'll ask about your trade, where you work, and what you're hoping to get from having a website, then give you an honest recommendation and a clear price at the end — no pressure and no obligation whatsoever.

If you've got photos of your work, send them over because they make a massive difference to how a site looks and performs, but if you haven't got any yet, don't worry — I can source suitable imagery and write all the copy myself based on what you tell me during our call.

The One-Pager plan includes 1 change a month, Starter includes 2, and Full Package includes 4, and if you don't use them in a given month they roll over for one month so they're not wasted. If you need more than your allowance in any month, extra changes are billed at £30 an hour, but I'll always check with you before I start.

Small stuff like swapping a photo, updating a phone number, adding a new review, or changing your opening hours — basically anything that takes me under 30 minutes counts as a single change. Bigger jobs like adding a whole new page or redesigning a section are quoted separately so you always know the cost upfront.

Not a problem at all — anything beyond your monthly allowance is simply billed at £30 an hour, and I'll always let you know before I start any extra work so there are never any surprises on your invoice.

Every client gets access to a dedicated portal where you can message me directly and request changes whenever you need them, and I aim to get them actioned within 3 working days, with Full Package clients getting priority turnaround whenever something's particularly urgent.
